100A GP, S.à r.l. (the General Partner) is registered as a de minimis alternative investment fund manager pursuant to article 3.2(b) of the Luxembourg law of 12 July 2013 on alternative investment fund managers and as such it is not required to have a risk management policy in place. The General Partner integrates sustainability risks as further detailed in the documentation of 100A Fund I SCSp (the Fund). The General Partner does not consider adverse impacts of investment decisions on sustainability factors considering that the Fund received seed assets that it will continue managing and exiting with limited add-ons.
